Picking Up Women – How You Can Eliminate 96% Of Rejection

October 12, 2009 by Willis Combs · 2 Comments

Why don’t you approach every beautiful woman you see? Because the fear that she may reject and humiliate you, often leaves you feeling paralyzed.

Its ok, you are not alone. Every man experiences this fear. And did you know women get scared, nervous, sweaty palms, and draw mental blanks when they are approached by the opposite sex? They are just like us and experience very similar feelings of anxiety.

The good news is that by using a couple easy tools you can eliminate up to 96% of the possibility of humiliation. This tool does not always lead to a successful closing; however it will determine if she will be receptive to your approach or not.

I call it the smile test and this is how it works;

You see the beautiful girl and eventually you exchange eye contact. When your eyes meet, you genuinely and sincerely smile at her. If she returns your smile she is going to receptive to you initiating a conversation.

This is for a few reasons:

1. Smiling is the most basic form of flirting and best of all you dont have to say a single word.

2. If you smile at her, you are showing you are confident and assertive. You saw an attractive girl and you smiled at her.

3. Very few other men will just smile at a strange girl. This will make you unique and different from every other guy she could be dating.

4. Lastly, you dont expect women with boyfriends to be smiling at strange men because it is flirting. Thus you have a much higher likelihood that she will be single and available.

If you think back about some of the prettiest women that you have seen and wish you had talked too, likely one of these girls smiled at you. When women smile they are much more attractive. The same is true for men.

In addition when you do this, she will see you as much more approachable, confident, outgoing, and better looking. If you are nervous about rejection an easy step to get things started is to just smile at the women you find attractive.

You dont have to talk to them but notice how many return your smile. It feels really good to have good looking girls smile at you.

The French Open Championship

October 11, 2009 by Angela Jones · Leave a Comment

It is highly unimaginable that you will not have heard of the French Open tennis championship, because it is a competition which is an annual topic of conversation. In French the name of the competition is ‘Les Internationaux de France de Roland Garros’ or ‘Tournoi de Roland Garros’. This tournament, which lasts for about two weeks is held in Paris at the Roland Garros Stadium, from which it took its name.

The French Open is one of the most publicised and broadcast sports events in the whole world of sport and many VIP’s attend it. The attendees of the game are fanatics who await with baited breath every stroke, especially when there is a close battle between the two teams, trying their best to win. TV viewers actually get a feeling of being there live too.

The French Open tennis championship is the second on the annual schedule of the Grand Slam tournaments and its history goes back to the year of 1891 when it became an international competition. At that time it was named the ‘International Championship of Tennis of France’ or ‘Championat de France International de Tennis’ in French.

Initially, only players that were registered or licensed in France were permitted to participate in this competition, but things took a different turn in 1925, when the French open tennis tournament finally became accessible to foreign players. Until 1912, the ground the players used was made of crushed red brick dust. Actually the crushed brick was formed into a sort of red clay that was spread over the ground, which, until then, would have been a green lawn.

The public’s enthusiasm for the French Open tennis tournament held at the Roland Garros stadium, goes back to a competition fought between the Philadelphia Four (Rene Lacoste, Jean Borotra, Henri Cochet and Jacques Brugnon) who won the Davis Cup in 1927. It was the trigger of the desire in the French to defend their cup in future competitions. This new tournament was designed to bring back home the cup and was held at a stadium named after the World War I ace Roland Garros. The name has stuck since then.

The term ‘open’ became has been used from 1968, when the tournament allowed both amateurs and professionals alike who wanted to test their skills at tennis. Since then the French Open tennis tournament has also brought in some novel prizes.

Apart from the regular winners’ prizes, they also award a ‘Prix Orange’ for the most correct and press-friendly player, a ‘Prix Citron’ for the player with the strongest personality and a ‘Prix Burgeon’ for the one the best new-comer of the tennis year.

Fashion and Ladies Golf Apparel

October 11, 2009 by Rhys Jones · Leave a Comment

I was reading one of those ‘Golfing for Women’ magazines the other day and started wondering where the women are, who wear the golf apparel modeled in women’s golf magazines? I’ve never seen women, professionals included, who would dress in such expensive and outrageous clothing!

It’s so simple to spend tons of money kitting yourself out for the sport of golf. Think about hats, sunglasses, gloves, shirts, shorts, socks, windsheeters and shoes, and it is obvious that the costs add up very quickly, even if you do your shopping at cheap online sales. Then you have to factor in the cost of clubs, balls, bag, cart and fees and you have to play a round of golf really quite frequently to keep the “CPU” (cost per use) down to a tolerable level.

One half-page advertisement showed a beautiful young ‘golfing lady’ in really tiny shorts (like that’s permitted on golf courses!) that cost nearly $300, a golf shirt at almost $600, a jacket by Ralph Lauren at almost $200 and two-toned Utuser shoes costing $400 plus.

That comes to nearly $1,500! I know that I could never hope to get the CPU on that outfit down to anywhere near an acceptable level in my golfing lifetime! Don’t misunderstand me – I love clothes and I really love shoes, but could never afford, nor even want, golf shoes or pants that cost as much as a lot of people’s weekly wages.

Granted, you want comfortable golfing shoes that don’t look like a pair of clogs, but really, you can find less expensive and still fashionable golf shoes.

I have a couple of really trendy golf outfits, although none of them are famous brand names. If I added up the cost of all of those articles of clothing, it would not add up to the cost of a Tse golf shirt. Personally, I would prefer to have several trendy outfits than one that is priced over-the-top.

If I were to wear a $1,500 set of golfing apparel to play golf in, I would just be too worried about getting it grubby or sweating in it to enjoy a decent game of golf.

How To Select The Best Sectional Sofa For You

October 11, 2009 by Mietra Singuller · Leave a Comment

Choosing the right sofa set can be a time consuming task, but you can make it easier on yourself by using the right gameplan. There are some solutions to help choose the right sectional sofa set for you. First you want to know your style and color scheme. Second, what size is the room the sectional sofa set is going into? Choosing the right one isn?t all the challenging if you visualize how the sofa will look in your house while sofa buying.

A primary factor is which room your sofa set will be placed in. Is it going to be in the living room, or is it going in the family room where you will be spending your time watching the television? Could the sectional sofa set be going in a room where you will be entertaining guest and want to have a more intimate setting? Then choosing the right color for your sectional sofa set is the next task. Once you have an idea for a color theme in mind, you should go sofa buying, search around and do some home work.

Sectional sofas can vary widely in price. But you want to purchase a set that will last many years, so it needs to be durable. Examine different sofas to see how they are constructed and ensure that you will purchase a model with a solid frame and quality construction made from good materials. You need to do this before you start comparing prices so you know you are comparing products of similar quality.

Then decide what kind of upholstery fabric you prefer. There are many options for materials today. You can select cotton, polyester, leather, or pleather-a material that looks like leather but is created from plastic combined with vinyl or polyurethane-and other fabrics.

Decide on the location where you will put the sofa within the room itself. Since some sets come with pieces that have sit specifically in one direction or another (a corner or “L” shape), it’s good to know how you plan to place the furniture. Sets that include a chaise lounge or recliners stick out further into the room, as well, and need extra clearance space.

Sofa buying can seem confusing, however with so many discount stores to choose from, buying is easy as a click away. Depending on your budget, you want to make sure that you are finding the right sectional sofa set for you and your lifestyle, one that will fit into your everyday life. Go into several stores when sofa buying and get some ideas. Measure how long the sectional sofa set is before you purchase one. Test them out and see if they feel comfortable to you, if you prefer a high back or a lower back sofa.

Once you find some sectional sets in the store that you would consider purchasing, inquire about discounts and also ask what company manufactures the sofa. After leaving the store, you can then compare prices for the same set online at discount suppliers. You can also compare pricing direct from the manufacturer – though that will not always save you money since manufacturers typically sell at the suggested retail price if they sell direct to consumers at all. But it’s worth investigating.

You want to purchase a sectional sofa that will last you and your family for many years to come. So don’t rush into the purchase. Rather, take your time and do some research. You’ll be far happier with the end result than if you make an impulsive purchase without any planning.

Speed Reading – Where Do You Start?

October 11, 2009 by Owen Jones · Leave a Comment

Nobody actually knows when speed reading was first used, but it may well have been a long while ago. For centuries, reading was the privilege of a minority of the most highly-educated individuals in the world, the overwhelming majority of whom were monks and priests. This tiny, select group of men guarded their privilege and were loathe to instruct the general public to read. Moreover, throughout those hundreds of years there were relatively few books to read compared with nowadays. Books were also very expensive as they all had to be copied out by hand. Perhaps the only fact that has not altered is that the Bible was the most widespread book in existence and even now the Bible is the most prevalent book.

The world is quickly becoming a place where individuals are slowly but surely giving up on books and becoming fixed in front of monitors or television screens. In such a world, parents must not ignore the importance of developing a zeal for reading in themselves and their children. Reading is a habit that should be established when the child is fairly young, so what can you do to engender this habit?

Well, there are a number of strategies you can employ, although one of the best to lead by example. Read with your child every day, even if its only for 10-15 minutes. Permit your child to see you reading. By this I mean, don’t only read in bed before you go to sleep, but in place of watching television from time to time and read your children a bed-time story. Encourage them to read too. You could also:

Enroll your child for reading lessons, if you honestly don’t have much time or your child is a little slow at reading. There are many well-structured after school reading classes that aspire to make books more attractive to children. They help children with diction, idioms and metaphors. These classes can be pleasurable with cartoon characters and pictures, especially for young children,. They frequently make use of picture books, rhymes, comical songs and short stories to enliven the imagination of younger children.

You will have to learn how to kindle your child’s interest. If your child has a favorite character, pick a series of books that include this character. Attempt to encourage your children to read real books not comics. The style in comics typically leaves a great deal to be desired with its slapdash English and street slang. As an alternative, go for series of books like Harry Potter or Tarzan.

You should build yourself a library of your own books. This may sound a little impressive, but after all, a library is only a collection of books. Begin with a good-looking bookshelf that you can easily build on. A talent like reading cannot be learned in only one place, so you cannot afford to leave all the hard work to the day-school or even the after school curricula. You have to collect books that you imagine your child will enjoy too. Use the Internet as a source for learning about the contemporary reading games that will attract little children to the superior and ancient art of reading,

When you child is interested in reading for its own sake, you might read up on speed reading. Speed reading is best suited for informative learning and background reading. It’s immensely suited to cramming or studying for examinations. It is ideal for school and university. However, the first job, before you can think about speed reading, is to get your child reading in the first place.

What Golf Equipment Should I Buy?

October 11, 2009 by Rhys Jones · Leave a Comment

Buying golf equipment can be just like throwing your money onto the fire, but fore-waned, you can save yourself plenty of time and money when you’re choosing your golf clubs. As in many cases, you can either spend a lot of money in one go or you can spend a little several times, before you get what you really need.

If you are just starting out and are not completely sure that you want to commit yourself to the addictive game of golf, you should either rent golf clubs at the clubhouse on the golf course, or buy a starter set of golf clubs.

Purchasing a set of starter golf clubs allows you to become accustomed to them; enabling you to concentrate on your swing instead of wondering how this set of miss-matched golf clubs you just rented is going to pan out.

After you become better acquainted with the game of golf, you should consider investing in a better set of clubs more suited to you.

In general, a set of clubs includes a driver, one or two fairway woods, numbers 4-9 irons, a wedge or two and a putter.

As you become more experienced and start thinking about new clubs, you may want to consider buying your driver separately. Some players want a driver to give them more accuracy, others need more distance.

There are numerous types of golf ball available and the golf ball box will usually have a chart on the back to direct you to the right ball for your needs. As you learn more about the game and get better at it, you should experiment with different balls which could improve your accuracy and/or distance.

Having the right golf equipment is an important aspect of the game, so take care and buy wisely!

What Anger Management Technique is there?

October 11, 2009 by Rhys Jones · Leave a Comment

Dealing with anger is never easy, since people are continually facing problems and reasons for conflict. However, our anger management technique is very important. We have to deal with price increases, arguments, war, violence, crime, everyday common stupidity and continuous interruptions. There is not one solitary, single person in this sometimes problematic world that has not gotten angry at some point in time.

Anger is a feeling that we all have to cope with. But anger comes in many forms: the root of anger is hatred, anxiety or frustration as a result of previous deception or disappointment. It is a result of anger management technique. This is true. However, true or not, even in the Bible it says that when Adam and Eve were created on Earth, the first incident was when Satan, in the form of a snake, lied, deceiving Eve. Once that lie became known, the world began experiencing many more problems, including violence, murder, war, shortages, disease, weather disasters and et cetera.

Since that first lie, the world has become more chaotic and continues to worsen as the years roll by. We can examine how a lie can instigate anger by looking at one individual scenario. That person engaged in criminal activities, like stealing, writing bad checks, and selling prescription medications. Now that person had to embroider lying into the picture, since she felt that her behaviour and actions were only a means of survival.

So, she started lying to cover up her crimes. As the years went by, that person became angry and could not cope, solely as a result of the way she was behaving, her way of thinking, her poor anger management technique, the way she was living her life. That person began acting as anyone suffering from uncontrolled anger would act.

This included, putting others down, insulting others, verbally and physically assaulting, threatening, belittling and mocking others. The woman was diagnosed with a mental disorder, Post traumatic Stress Disorder and Bipolar. She also had health issues, including diabetes. Now if we look at all the aspects of that person’s anger and her anger management technique, we can see, if we search look enough, that her lying, which caused paranoia, was the root cause of her behavioral problems.

Many people have a problem with anger management technique. Many of the people with post traumatic stress disorder act angrily reacting to a flashback in memory. This is right! Persons with post traumatic stress disorder often suppress their emotions. When they are violent or angered it is often because they are fighting the source that caused their trauma and not the person in their present vicinity.

However, we do not see this as the reason for the woman’s anger, since she did not show signs of it to the public. Therefore, people would exclude posttraumatic stress disorder as the cause, or at least skip over the possibility of it. Now let’s take a look at diabetes, since this illness affects the nerves. The shortage of insulin creates additional problems, and many people with diabetes will become upset for little or no reason at all.

However, most people do not act angrily, assault, insult or attack others . If we look at the reason crimes are committed, we see that very often, serious behavioural problems come from lying. Therefore, when we look at this woman’s case again, we can see that we have to deal with the underlying problems ie to stop her from lying and get her to move forward, avoiding bouts of frustration, anxiety and anger by employing an anger management technique.

Now, this person is in denial, which means that until the legal system makes her take steps to anger management technique, then she probably will not get help herself. Furthermore, even if the criminal justice system does force her to get help, it probably will not work, since she has been in denial for probably many years. Now we are dealing with a real problem in anger management technique , since her behaviour is life long, which means extensive therapy will berequired.

Anger is a normal emotion, but when it interferes with another person’s life, it becomes a serious problem. This person is not hurting only one person, she is injuring everyone, because when she steals or writes bad checks, society pays by higher taxes, as well as other increases. One of the biggest things that I have noticed with this type of person, is that the system and society allows it to continue; only attempting to deal with it when the person is in custody. Once the person is released, then it continues again. This is a chain of events involving lack of control due to anger mis-management and bad anger management technique.

Picking Up Women – Eliminate 96% Of Rejection

How To Use Dairy Products Correctly: Part Two – Cheese

October 11, 2009 by Owen Jones · Leave a Comment

The Basic Preparation Food: Dairy Products.

HARD AND SOFT CHEESES

Cheese is made from milk which has been naturally or artificially soured. The former method is brought about by standing the milk in a warm place and allowing natural, friendly bacteria to turn the milk’s natural sugars into lactic acid. The latter method is effected by adding an enzyme, usually in to form of rennet.

Salt and colouring and frequently put in too. The whey is then allowed to drain away and the curds are pressed into moulds where they are kept until ripened or cured. Some cheeses, usually hard ones, are subjected to pressure; soft cheeses are not. Curds are ripened or cured by various means. The way it’s done, the quality of the milk, the breed of cow, sheep or other animal and its pasture, and the type of bacteria all govern the end result.

Some local conditions are unique and those areas produce cheeses that are not successfully reproduced elsewhere: for example Gruyere and Camembert, although factories do try. They even have some success, as most of the world’s Cheddar cheese now comes from the USA and Canada.

The constituents of cheese are typically: 33% fat, 33% protein and 33% water with salt, colouring, sugar etc making up the other 1%. These percentages do vary from region to region as some producers use full-cream milk, others skimmed-milk and yet others add extra cream. Some add some extra sugar, although most do not. All cheeses have a high calcium content and can be considered as ‘concentrated milk’ and stored as such.

Many people say that cheese must not be kept in a fridge and although storing in water, as for milk, is not a viable option, a cool larder is certainly ideal. Try the traditional method of suspending it from a hook in muslin in a cool, breezy place. If it is hot, moisten the cheesecloth with water to which a little vinegar has been added.

in Europe, cheese is frequently served with a salad or/and bread and is often presented after or instead of the dessert course. Hard cheese can be nigh-on impossible for children to digest and grating it first will make it more edible for them. After being grated the cheese can be scattered on vegetables or fish soups or sauces; combined with egg, pasta, rice and oatmeal dishes; put on baked potatoes or pastry; toasted on bread or put in sandwiches or salads.

How To Cook Cheese: A little known fact is that many people find cooked cheese indigestible and the reason lies in its structure. Here is why: cooked starch can be digested by the saliva in the mouth but other foods must pass to the stomach or intestines for this process. They are, however, broken up in the mouth. Digestion of protein begins in the stomach and is completed in the small intestine, while fat is not rendered soluble until it reaches the small intestine.

Cheese has a high fat and protein content, but when melted, the fat frequently covers the protein and stops the digestive juices reaching it in the stomach. This results in, its digestion is delayed until the fat has been absorbed by the intestines. Cheese can be made more digestible in the following way:

a] Cooking it with some starchy foodstuff, since the starch will absorb the fat, not allowing it to cover the protein.

2] Using seasoning: Cayenne Pepper or mustard will irritate the intestinal lining, causing the release of extra digestive juices.

3] Cooking rapidly at high temperature. This stops the protein from becoming tough and stringy and so, harder to digest or you could add cheese to sauces late in the process.

4] Adding alkali: so, large pinch of Bicarbonate of Soda per 75g (3 ozs) will help neutralize the fatty acids and make the proteins more easily digestible.

The Razor A Scooter Could Save You

October 10, 2009 by Owen Jones · Leave a Comment

The Razor A scooter is a great idea for everyone wanting to keep fit. These days loads of individuals are desk-bound and we all seem to have a smaller amount time for just going out for a stroll, which is the age-old answer for putting on a few pounds. The Razor A scooter can assist you here.

How often have you thought, ‘I haven’t got time to walk’ or ‘I can’t be bothered to walk’ and then have jumped in the automobile instead? But what if you had a Razor A scooter handy? You could simply scooter down to the store or the park. You could take the dog for more walks and at a snappier speed too, something your dog will surely be thankful for.

The Razor A series or its bigger siblings, the Razor Pro or Razor Cruiser, are not costly costing between $40 and $60, cheaper at Amazon or eBay, yet they will quickly save you hundreds of dollars on fuel. After all, starting a car is often the most expensive part of a short journey.

The Razor A scooter is also very handy. Weighing in at about six pounds, anybody can carry it easily up or down a couple of stairs or lift it in or out of the boot of a car. But not only that, it folds up too, so that the whole scooter is only a couple of feet long by six inches high by six inches wide. It will without difficulty fit in a lobby locker or the trunk of a car.

Your Razor A scooter could be used in numerous ways to save you money and keep you trimmer. For example, if you need a loaf of bread, you could jump on your scooter. You could take you dog to the park. You could scooter with your kids ‘in a pack’. You could put a Razor A scooter in the boot of your car and scooter the last half a mile into school. And every time you get on that scooter, you are burning not motor fuel but fat!

Think of it that way. You are saving fuel and money and burning your excess calories at the same time. You are also exercising your legs and increasing your metabolism and heart rate too. That is everything the bank manager and the doctor advised all rolled into one activity. And you will be in first-rate company too.

Do you know who else’s kids ride Razor A scooters? Well, there’s Al Pacino’s twins for a start. Now, Al Pacino is not short of a few dollars, I’m sure, so you can be assured that he’s going to be looking for the finest for his kids, isn’t he? And Lisa Kudrow and her son. And Liv and Cal, offspring of Julianne Moore and Bart Freundlich. You would be forgiven for thinking, ‘Aw well, they got theirs for nothing!’ and that may be true, but at roughly $40 who cares?

The advantages in saved motor fuel and increased exercise make the Razor A scooter a must-have essential in my book. So, take another look at the Razor A scooter and keep in mind, someone’s birthday’s coming up before long.
