Teachings on Love and Peace from Kenneth Copeland Ministries
October 11, 2009 by Kenneth Taylor · Leave a Comment
Kenneth Copeland Ministries preaches that God is love, and if there is love and harmony in the family, then God dwells in every heart of its members. It stresses that the presence of the Omnipotent One is found in the midst of the family. KCM spreads the meaning and purpose of love which is the foundation of harmony in a family and for the whole world to live in peaceful co-existence.
The burden of harmony is not on the wife but on the husband and this is indeed a great challenge for the man of the house! In the preaching of Kenneth Copeland and Gloria Copeland Ministries, it is emphasized that the husband should respect and love the wife. The husband is the authority of the family but it does not mean that the wife should be treated less and without due respect. Love and respect must always be accorded to every one for a harmonious family relationship.
In a family that a husband does not honor his wife Gods presence and protection cannot be felt. Love extends to any person in the family. Thus a person who says that he loves God but hates his brother is considered a liar and cannot find the grace of the Lord. The most sublime of the love that the Almighty Father finds pleasing is the love for a person whom one considers an enemy.
To be at peace with any one is to be at peace with people you may not find easy to forgive. Forgiveness is a divine act which is the foundation for peace. Strife in a family displeases the Lord and is an unpleasant sight not before the eyes of God but before the eyes of man. How can there be peace and harmony when there is strife within the household.
Kenneth Copeland Ministries has established several media to propagate its sublime mission to spread the word of God in the name of love and peace. The teachings of the ministries are based on the Bible and can be heard and read on both broadcast and printed media. There are websites on the internet where people of peace can hear and read the doctrines embodied in the Christian way of living.

Kenneth Copeland Ministries and Words of God as Medicine
October 10, 2009 by Kenneth Taylor · Leave a Comment
Kenneth Copeland Ministries profess that there is no overdose in this type of medication for the more you get of the doses the more you make your life happier. Kenneth Copeland and Gloria Copeland Ministries are healing ministries proclaiming that accepting the words of God into your life no matter how tremendous the amount of words have been reposed on you for acceptance will bring no harm but more benefits more so on the spiritual level. By analogy, their only medicine is the word of God.
It has become their lifetime mission to spread the Christian principles ever since they have first heard of the teachings of the sacred scriptures. These words are found in Chapter 1 Peter 2:24 which states that: Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness; by whose stripes ye were healed. The Copeland husband and wife team has made it a vow to heal those who are sick through the propagation of the gospel to all people in all walks of life.
This is a great challenge for the ministries to handle and to tackle for the fulfillment of their noble mission of love and truth as well as righteousness. Inspired by these verses, Kenneth Copeland and Gloria Copeland Ministries have started on their healing mission. According to them, some have been healed and some have not which only means that they have to work harder to be victorious over the kingdom of darkness. Those who have not been healed are still under the cloak of doubt and have not yet grasp fully the very core of the Christian principles.
Believing wholeheartedly that you are no longer sick spiritually and that you can be healed by embracing the words of God under the principles of love and truth is the secret of being healed. Kenneth Copeland Ministries: The Power of Gods Word in Your Life
October 10, 2009 by Kenneth Taylor · Leave a Comment
The ministry has broadcasted itself as a way of empowering the people who want to know about God and the very foundation of His Words through the internet. Media plays a vital role in the influence of our minds, actions and lifestyles. It has been a powerful tool of communication since the beginning of its creation. That is why at Kenneth Copeland Ministries, the power of communication is always on the run for the spreading of Biblical teachings.
It has stretched its arms through the use of internet website to fully mobilize the sharing of the Gospel to everyone. Gods Word is practically and literally all over the place, whether in churches, the streets, and even to the remotest part of the earth. There is no stopping in spreading His Word because it will conquer many lives and many souls. The purpose goes beyond the usual norm of media like television, print, and radio.
The internet is a practical way of expressing the faith and belief of any individual. Some sites offer educational and spiritual teachings for those people who yearn for something more than fame and financial capacity. Kenneth Copeland Ministries provides partnership that helps enlighten and reveal the truth about the important matters of life.
Religious freedoms, bold expressions of faith, and spreading the Word of God are some of the matters that are of best interest and of great value to the ministry. Some will of course contradict and will find ways to destroy it. But with faith in God nothing is impossible and every good thing will last and will accomplish its purpose. His powerful Word will surpass all knowledge that this earth could contain.
Gods precious Word must be spread throughout the world. It should be shared to all people around the globe. The power of Gods Word enables us to battle the forces of darkness. That is why ministerial works will never stop in proclaiming the mandate of God to save mankind from damnation and curse.
Does God Still Speak to Us?
October 2, 2009 by Matt Tague · Leave a Comment
One of the questions I get asked from time to time is “Does God speak to us today?” There are two camps of people within evangelical circles in this debate. One group says yes and one group says no. There are very mature Christians who find themselves on opposite sides of this question. My own answer is an unhesitating YES.
We could all think of examples of TV preachers or a wierdo who tell everyone that God speaks through them, and we are all very skeptical about that. But, just for argument’s sake, let’s throw those extreme examples out and reason the matter out more closely. Let’s ask the question, “Does God really speak to believers today apart from the scriptures?”
The people that answer “no” to this question usually cite examples of someone claiming that God spoke through them and it was wrong or it harmed a person’s faith. That is a powerful experiential argument. If someone claims to speak for God and they are wrong, it gives God a black eye in the minds of the people around that person. But that is no reason to believe that God doesn?t speak at all anymore.
Consider this: throughout time, God has used two tools in the life of his church. The Bible and the Holy Spirit. We all know people who interpret the Bible wrongly but we don’t throw it out because of that. Just like this, some people don’t know how to interpret what the Holy Spirit is saying or doing, but we shouldn’t come to the conclusion that he doesn’t speak anymore because of this.
The person of the Holy Spirit and the living Word of the Bible work similarly in our lives as Christians. Neither of them have a 100%, always right interpreter for us to look to in order to solve every moral, ethical or doctrinal question. We can and do disagree about what the Bible says at times. We also can and do disagree about what the Holy Spirit can say to God’s people. But the fact that there are abuses of these two instruments does not mean that we should close our ears to them and believe that they don’t speak.
A passage from the Bible that supports the speaking role of the Holy Spirit is John 14:6. “I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit who leads you into all truth.” If the Holy Spirit really is God inside of us, then God speaks to us. The Holy Spirit is our comforter, encourager and helper. If he fulfills all these roles in our lives, it makes sense that he speaks to us as he helps us in so many ways. Listen to his voice.
How to Find a Christian Counselor
September 9, 2009 by John James · Leave a Comment
If you are struggling with something in your life you may be interested in getting help from a qualified Christian counselor. But located the right counselor for you and your situation can sometimes be challenging and frustrating. Most of us aren’t aware of the counselors that are available in our local area.
Because for most of us scheduling an appointment with a counselor is not as easy as scheduling a checkup with the family doctor, knowing some effective ways of locating the right counselor can be extremely useful.
In this article we’ll look at a few methods for finding a counselor and how you should start your search.
1. Start with Your Pastor
For those who attend church, the pastor can be a great resource. Many pastors offer counseling services to people of the congregation who may be in need. However, most pastors will not have the experience to deal with all situations. In these cases, the pastor may do what they are capable of, and refer other people to counselors in the area.
In situations where your pastor cannot help you, there may be someone else on the church staff that can help, or they may have a great referral for you to a local counselor. If this is the case, you’ll probably feel more comfortable with the counselor knowing that he/she was referred by your pastor.
Starting with your pastor or church staff members will allow you to see if any help is available within the church, and if not, to get the opinion of someone you trust on who you should see.
2. Pray for Your Search
Prayer is always a great response when you do not know what else to do. If you’re having trouble finding a counselor, set aside some time each day to ask God to help you find the right person for your situation.
3. Consult Friends and Family
Depending on the nature of the situation and how much you are willing to share with others, don’t be afraid to ask family or friends if they have experience with any Christian counselors or if they have anyone that they could refer you to in your local area. If others that you know have been through counseling before, you may be able to get a good referral this way to find the right person for you.
4. Use the Internet
If your search is not leading to any referrals from people that you know, the internet is also a great resource that can provide plenty of information. To find a counselor that is close to you, do a Google search for Christian counselor and include your state or town. This should lead you to at least a few pages that can help you. If you search for directories of counselors you will find several that allow you to search by zip code to find one in your area.

Being A Christian Everyday
July 30, 2009 by Daniel Capusan · Leave a Comment
This article is focused on religion
All that encompasses our life should be done for the glory of God. Paul tells us, “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” (1 Cor. 10:31). In other words, we need to live for God every day, every hour, every minute.
Some people try to argue that there are activities that God does not care about, and therefore we cannot consider them spiritual.
If God is in my life every minute, then every minute of my life ought to be”spiritual.” I would, therefore, like to destroy the concepts of”spiritual activity” versus “ordinary activity” in life.
The fire and passion that God often places within us at church should branch out into every other area of our life.
If before I shop I ask God to give me discernment and self-control in my shopping, then my shopping can be God honoring. These things are ordinary, but God can be right there as I engage in them.
God has been teaching me to honor and thank Him for the ordinary things in life. I recently lost a piece on my glasses. After finding the support, I found myself thanking God again and again for the simple fact that he helped me find the piece.
Many people only thank God repeatedly for the great things He does in their life. They thank him repeatedly for a new house or a new car. But those things don’t happen every day. But our mind needs to be on God every day not just after we make a big purchase.
Our everyday activity takes up much more time than our prayer or Bible reading time. Why should we wait to honor God just when we have a time of devotion?
One of the great indicators that God is at the center of our life is seen in our conversations. The Bible tells us to “fix our eyes on Jesus” (Heb. 12:2).
He is not ashamed of me, so I should not be ashamed of Him. He does not want a businessperson saying business is business. He wants me saying-my business is God’s business! A person that serves God every day has this type of attitude!
To truly be a Christian, you must be an everyday Christian – with the thought of Jesus on your mind more than just during the Church Service.
